- If you subscribed to Level 2 of the Microsoft Developers Network you would
- have the Beta release of Win NT 4.0. I am using it (still has some
- problems). It has replaced "new shell." I don't know what Microsoft's
- policy on Win NT 4.0 is. But, I imagine that if they were doling out the
- "new shell" to everybody, that you could find somebody to get it to you.

- Note: Netscape Navigator _will not run_ under the "new shell." This is a
- known bug. It does work under Beta Win NT 4.0, though.
