  32. If you subscribed to Level 2 of the Microsoft Developers Network you would 
  33. have the Beta release of Win NT 4.0.  I am using it (still has some 
  34. problems).  It has replaced "new shell."  I don't know what Microsoft's 
  35. policy on Win NT 4.0 is.  But, I imagine that if they were doling out the 
  36. "new shell" to everybody, that you could find somebody to get it to you.

  38. Note: Netscape Navigator _will not run_ under the "new shell."  This is a 
  39. known bug.  It does work under Beta Win NT 4.0, though.
